Going back to first principles and engaging with end users there were many complaints about privacy in the workplace, a lack of ownership of space & depersonalisation. As designers we worked alongside these end users, specifiers and the A and D community to strategise a holistic response to all these problems.
Visiting supply chain for the European market we starting mapping out the process and areas of opportunity. When we segmented the problems it was quite clear to us that the combined issues faced by the end users could be resolved in five market segments.
Following our intensive white paper research we road mapped the solution and a time plan. Delving into the issues quite quickly gave is material options, a clear DNA and we started our creative journey with pace.
Peers, competitors, manufacturers, editors giving all concerned that classic industry pat on the back, Thinking Quietly has won a Reddot, Design Guild Mark, a HiP award at Neocon and Interior Design Best of Year.
This five piece range is an example of a launch to a growing market problem, well executed, on time and on budget.
